Hey, I’m Jasmine McClain!

I discovered my love for baking in high school after competing in my first baking competition at the Restaurant School of Walnut Hill. Soon after, I attended Johnson and Wales University in Miami, FL where I became a classically trained pastry chef. After years of working as a pastry chef in the restaurant industry, I decided to pursue my dream of owning my own bakery. Creating flavor combinations that are unique and adventurous is passion and a delicious metaphor for my life. As a millennial mom of two sets of twins, life for me is never dull and a constant adventure. HoneyFlour is the sweetest addition to our family and hopefully to yours, too!
